Well, I grew up with Tiger Balm since when I was little, my grandma would always carry a stock supply on her. It brings back fond memories since whenever I wasn't feeling too well, she'd rub some Tiger Balm on me. So, I was very happy to test out Tiger Balm's Neck and Shoulder Rub.
Being a full time medical student is tough. If I'm not working at the hospital every day for 5-6 days a week, I'm at home studying or hunched over the computer working on my obsession....my blog. LOL! It doesn't help that when I am at work, I have all this paperwork, water bottles, notepads, snacks, stethoscope, etc etc all shoved in my white coat. In short, that means, my white coast is disgustingly heavy and hangs off my neck like a ton of bricks. Needless to say, I've had neck, shoulder, upper back, and lower back pain and stiffness for quite a while now. This stuff could come into good use as it gently takes away my aches and pains!

Its small enough to fit into my bag so that I can take it with me wherever I go, whether I'm slaving myself at the hospital or at home working. The cream is nice and light, no greasiness at all. However, the scent may be a bit strong for some. I love this scent though because it reminds me of my grandma. Even if you're not a fan of the scent, don't worry, the scent vanishes quickly.
