Yoplait Newly Reformulated Original Yogurt Review and Giveaway

I'm very happy to be taking part in the launch of Yoplait's Newly Reformulated Original Yogurt.  Designed to suit our everyday needs, Yoplait now has two times the amount of calcium than the leading brand of yogurt. Just one 6 ounce cup gives us 50% of our daily value of calcium and Vitamin D. We know how important calcium is for bones, whether it is developing strong bones in kids or maintaining strong bones as adults. With our busy lives, sometimes, it is hard to fit in all the nutrients we need. How many of us actually drink 4 cups of milk a day? I know I would love to, but with my schedule, sometimes I go for a week or two without milk because I don't have time to run to the grocery store! Even if I do have milk at home, I'm not sure if I even wind up drinking 2 cups a day. This is where Yoplait's newly reformulated original yogurt will be helpful. Just one cup already helps me make half of my daily requirements of not just calcium, but also Vitamin D! How easy is that? Vitamin D helps our bodies absorb the calcium that we need and it comes together in one little package! I think this will be a great step towards maintaining my calcium requirements and fighting off the development of osteoporosis. Of course, we should keep our lives active as well to help keep our bones strong!


There are 23 yummy flavors available too! I get excited just looking at all these flavors. You don't like strawberry? Fine, there's french vanilla, harvest peach, blackberry pomegranate...etc etc etc... There's definitely a flavor out there for you. I tried blueberry and it was just sooo good! I'm not kidding, it wasn't too sweet and there were lots of juicy, ripe blueberries in it too. Eating it put a smile on my face and I wasn't very happy to share it with my SO who was enjoying it as much as I was. LOL...
